Since partnering with Eataly North America in 2010, they’ve expanded into 15+ Eataly locations, serving as the pizza concept behind Eataly’s La Pizza & La Pasta restaurants. Rooted in quality and tradition, Rossopomodoro celebrates the craft and culture of true Italian pizza making.

Strong visuals are essential for a restaurant to build a recognizable, cohesive brand – that’s memorable from the table to the street, to online connectivity. Consistent graphics across menus, signage, and social media help guests instantly identify the restaurant’s voice and values. I’ve been working with Rossopomodoro to create cohesive print and digital assets that align with the restaurant’s aesthetic, ensuring these touchpoints feel unified, intentional, and unmistakably theirs.

Culture makes Brand Authenticity
For Rossopomodoro, building brand awareness 🤝 involves informing our audience what makes Neapolitan pizza unique, and sharing special cultural aspects through their trained pizzaiolos. Through social media video campaigns, the Rosso team and I have been able to share stories from their chefs around North America that each act as puzzle pieces of the Rosso story in the public eye.

In re-designing the Rosso website, I prioritized creating a modern, intuitive site that also showcases the brand’s culture-led personality. This then led to an expansive project, designing a brand new Franchising website. This site is geared towards potential clients looking to franchise a Rossopomodoro restaurant with the help of Rosso’s proven industry professionals.

Working with members of the media and social media content creators have proven to be very successful in growing social media reach. Through the company’s already established partnership with Eataly, and long-standing relationship with master pizza chef Davide Civitiello, we’ve been able to make 2025 a great year in helping establish Rossopomodoro as its own brand within the pizza space.

Social Media
An eyecatching & consistent social media presence is key to connecting you to your future clientele.
My role with the Rosso team centers on organizing and managing the monthly content calendars while coordinating closely with Rosso management, chefs, and the Eataly media team to stay ahead of upcoming specials and events. I also handle content capture at local events and gather media from out-of-town events when our team can’t attend.
